Couples often choose to get married in Bali because of the stunning situations and unique architectural styles of these surprisingly affordable villas. They are also drawn to a villa’s exclusivity and flexibility along with their exceptionally high levels of personalised service and vast expanses of private space.
Bali wedding villas are diverse in their size and setup so there is always a genuinely affordable wedding villa in Bali to suit everyone’s budget and taste.
Most Bali wedding villas offer luxurious, tropical-style living pavilions and delightfully decadent bedroom suites, along with acres of outside space, including private pools and gorgeous tropical gardens. Experienced staff teams usually comprise chefs, housekeepers, butlers and villa managers who can handle your every request with ease. For your special event, the best of the island’s caterers, florists, entertainers, musicians, stylists and photographers can be brought in to ensure a day to remember.
Some villas in Bali form part of exclusive villa complexes providing fabulous opportunities not only to accommodate your wedding party together but also for hosting pre and post wedding functions. Since the staff teams in wedding villas in Bali are used to hosting special events, they can assist by organising trips and tours, and make restaurant and spa bookings for you and your Bali wedding party.

Bali wedding villa event guide
Hosting your wedding in Bali comes with few restrictions, however there are a some considerations that you should take into account when planning your big day.
Private villas are fantastically practical venues for hosting a wedding in Bali and economical too. However, note that some villas in Bali may request you to stay a minimum number of nights if you wish to hold your wedding there. This cancels out a venue fee but you may find that you have to pay a surcharge for holding an event at a villa if the total number of guests exceeds the maximum number that the villa can sleep. Some villas in Bali have restrictions on noise; not all villas allow fireworks and Chinese wishing lanterns because of the fire hazards (many of Bali’s houses have thatched roofs) whilst in nearly all cases you will need to gain permission from the local banjar (resident’s association) if you plan on having any amplified sound.
All our villas have their own individual guidelines for events, but for a general guide to holding a special event in a Bali Wedding Villa, click here.
